Electronics components combine fine features with high volume. Esco stamps contacts, terminals, and shields on progressive dies in spring materials and pre-plated stock; molds connector bodies and housings in engineering resins; and extrudes aluminum heat sinks and enclosure profiles. EDM produces the fine slots and apertures that stamping and molding tooling require.
