Electromechanical and Mechanical Sub-Assemblies
Esco Precision builds mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies to customer drawings and bills of materials, integrating its own machined, formed, and molded components with purchased motors, sensors, actuators, bearings, and hardware, and delivering them assembled, inspected, and kitted rather than as loose parts.
Equipment manufacturers increasingly want sub-assemblies rather than components: a roller assembly with bearings and shaft pressed, a diverter module with its actuator mounted, a fixture with sensors installed, or a complete mechanical kit for one station. Esco manufactures the mechanical content, procures the specified purchased items, and assembles to the customer procedure.
Assembly is governed by the same ISO 9001:2015 system as manufacturing. Work instructions follow the customer drawing and bill of materials, critical fits and torques are recorded, and functional checks are completed to the customer procedure before packaging. Revision control covers the assembly and every component in it.
Delivered assemblies reduce part count, inbound inspection, and assembly labor at the customer. For recurring assemblies, Esco holds kitted or finished stock under vendor-managed inventory and releases on schedule.

Replacement Parts & MROFrequently asked questions
Do you build assemblies that include motors, sensors, or actuators?
Yes. Esco integrates customer-specified purchased components with its own manufactured parts and assembles to the customer drawing, bill of materials, and procedure, with functional checks recorded before shipment. Electrical test and wiring scope is confirmed at quotation.
Can you manage purchased parts for the assembly?
Yes. Esco procures the specified purchased items, or works with customer-furnished material, and manages revision control across the assembly and its components.
