Esco Precision, Inc.

For equipment manufacturers

OEM Component Manufacturing and Production Supply

Esco Precision supplies mechanical components and electromechanical sub-assemblies to original equipment manufacturers, machinery builders, and automation integrators, manufactured to print across eight in-house processes and delivered on scheduled releases under a documented ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Production component supply

Esco manufactures the recurring mechanical content of your equipment, machined, turned, EDM-finished, stamped, molded, extruded, and forged parts, under blanket orders with scheduled releases that follow your build plan. Each part number carries a controlled drawing, a first-article inspection report, and a documented control plan.

  • Blanket orders with weekly or monthly scheduled releases
  • First-article approval and control plans per part number
  • Material certifications and dimensional documentation
  • Revision control and formal engineering-change handling

Custom manufacturing and design for manufacturability

New designs are reviewed at quotation for tolerance, material, and process fit. Esco engineers return design-for-manufacturability feedback with the quotation so cost and lead time are addressed before tooling is cut, and prototype quantities are produced on the same processes that will run production.

  • DFM review returned with every quotation
  • Prototype through production on the same process
  • Tooling designed and built or sourced to the program volume
  • Alternative material and process proposals when they reduce cost

Electromechanical and mechanical sub-assemblies

Esco assembles its manufactured components with customer-specified purchased motors, actuators, sensors, bearings, and hardware to the drawing, bill of materials, and procedure, and delivers tested, kitted sub-assemblies that reduce part count and assembly labor at your plant.

  • Assembly to customer drawing, BOM, and procedure
  • Purchased-part procurement or customer-furnished material
  • Fits, torques, and functional checks recorded
  • Delivered kitted by station or as finished modules

Component sourcing consolidation

A single automation or packaging-machine bill of materials often spans several processes. Esco produces the machined, formed, molded, extruded, and forged content under one purchase order and one quality system, reducing supplier count, inbound inspection, and coordination effort.

  • Eight processes under one supplier and one quality system
  • One purchase order for multi-process bills of materials
  • Integrated finishing: plating, anodizing, powder coating, heat treatment
  • Production transfer from incumbent suppliers with first-article requalification

Long-term supply relationships

Esco has supplied equipment manufacturers for decades and structures programs for the long term: annual agreements, stable pricing tied to volume, capacity planning for peak builds, and vendor-managed inventory of finished parts or kits so your assembly line is never waiting on a component.

  • Annual supply agreements with volume-based pricing
  • Vendor-managed inventory of finished parts and kits
  • Capacity planning for seasonal and peak build schedules
  • Aftermarket supply of the same part numbers to your customers’ maintenance teams

Engineering and procurement coordination

A single point of contact handles quotation, engineering questions, schedule, and quality for your account. Documentation, including first-article reports, material certifications, and PPAP-style packages where required, is delivered in the format your supplier quality process expects.

  • Single account contact for engineering, schedule, and quality
  • PPAP-style documentation packages on request
  • Corrective and preventive action under ISO 9001:2015
  • Quotations returned within 24 hours

How an engagement starts
