Esco Precision manufactures the replacement, wear, and consumable parts that keep in-service industrial equipment running, from sorter and conveyor wear components to packaging change parts and automation tooling, made to a documented specification, first-article inspected, and held in stock under kitted-spares and vendor-managed inventory programs.
Wear parts are consumed on a schedule, and the equipment that consumes them is often older than its manufacturer’s parts support. Esco makes these parts to the customer print or reverse-engineers them from a worn sample, selecting machining, EDM, stamping, molding, extrusion, or forging as the part requires, and inspects each new part number to the specification before production.
These are not OEM parts and are not represented as such. They are manufactured to a controlled drawing under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with material certifications and inspection records available. Many customers specify them precisely because the documentation is more complete than what accompanied the original.
The supply program is what separates replacement-part manufacturing from one-off work: kitted spares by machine or line, vendor-managed inventory with agreed minimum and maximum levels, blanket orders with scheduled releases, and fulfillment direct to each hub, distribution center, or plant.
