Esco Precision manufactures the mechanical components that conveyors, sorters, and automated handling equipment are built from and consume in service: rollers and shafts, diverter and pusher components, guide rails and wear strips, transfer plates, brackets, and extruded profiles, supplied to equipment manufacturers for production and to operators as replacement parts.
Automated handling equipment moves product with rotating, sliding, and diverting mechanisms whose components wear on a schedule set by throughput. Esco produces those components to print across machining, stamping, extrusion, injection molding, and EDM, so a conveyor or sorter bill of materials can be sourced from one supplier rather than several.
Turned shafts and hubs, machined rollers and idler components, stamped brackets and mounts, extruded guide rail and guarding profiles, and molded polymer guides and wear parts are typical. Each part number is first-article inspected to the specification under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with material certifications available on request.
Equipment manufacturers source these components under blanket orders with scheduled releases. Operators of parcel hubs, distribution centers, and plants source them as replacement parts under stocking programs, including components for equipment the original manufacturer no longer supports.
