For maintenance and MRO procurement
Industrial Replacement Parts and MRO Supply
Esco Precision manufactures replacement mechanical components, wear parts, and consumable spares for in-service industrial equipment, including machines the original manufacturer no longer supports, and keeps them in stock under kitted-spares, vendor-managed inventory, and multi-site fulfillment programs so maintenance never waits on a lead time.
Replacement mechanical components
Rollers, shafts, bushings, guides, diverter and pusher components, brackets, star wheels, timing screws, nests, and change tooling: Esco manufactures the mechanical parts that wear in sorters, conveyors, packaging lines, and automation, to the customer print or reverse-engineered from a worn sample, and inspects each new part number to the specification before production.
- Made to print or reverse-engineered from a worn part
- First-article inspection to the specification
- Material certifications and inspection records available
- Eight processes, so the part is made the right way
Aftermarket components, documented
Esco parts are not OEM parts and are not represented as such. They are manufactured to a controlled drawing under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, which often means more complete documentation than the original carried. Fit, material, and hardness are verified against the sample or print before the first part ships.
- Controlled drawing created for every part number
- Material and hardness verified against the original
- Not represented as OEM; sold on documented specification
- Consistent repeat orders from the same controlled drawing
Consumable and wear parts
Wear strips, guides, polymer wear parts, chute liners, wear plates, and format parts are consumed on a predictable schedule. Esco produces them in the hardened steels, stainless grades, and polymers the application needs, and sizes stocking levels to the consumption rate of each machine or line.
- Hardened and plated steels for wear surfaces
- UHMW, acetal, nylon, and PEEK, including food-contact grades
- 304 and 316 stainless for washdown equipment
- Stocking levels sized to actual consumption
Equipment maintenance kits
Maintenance is faster when every part for a job arrives together. Esco kits spares by machine, by line, or by preventive-maintenance task, with each kit labeled to the customer part number, so technicians draw one kit rather than a dozen line items.
- Kits by machine, line, or maintenance task
- Labeled to customer part and location numbers
- Rebuilt kits restocked on scheduled releases
- Site-level kitting for multi-facility networks
Alternative sourcing for unsupported equipment
Sorters, conveyors, fillers, and automation that still run core volume are often past the manufacturer’s parts support, or quoted at lead times measured in months. Esco reverse-engineers the part from a worn sample, produces a controlled drawing, and becomes the ongoing source.
- Discontinued and legacy equipment supported
- Reverse-engineering from a worn sample
- Second source for long-lead-time OEM parts
- Drawing retained for every future order
Recurring procurement and replenishment
Replacement demand is predictable, so Esco runs it as a program: vendor-managed inventory with agreed minimum and maximum levels, blanket orders with scheduled releases, and fulfillment direct to each hub, distribution center, or plant. Procurement issues one agreement; each site draws what it consumes.
- Vendor-managed inventory with min/max levels
- Blanket orders with scheduled releases
- Fulfillment direct to each facility nationwide
- One agreement covering multiple sites
How an engagement starts
- 1
Send a sample, part number, or print
A worn part, an OEM part number, or any drawing is enough to start; photographs help.
- 2
Reverse-engineering and quotation
Dimensions, material, hardness, and finish are confirmed and a quotation returned within 24 hours.
- 3
First article
The first part is inspected to the resulting drawing and, where practical, verified in the customer’s equipment.
- 4
Stocking program
Kitted spares, vendor-managed inventory, or blanket releases sized to each site’s consumption.
Source replacement parts and spares
Send a worn part, a part number, or a print for a quotation within 24 hours, and a stocking proposal if the demand recurs.
