Who we are

Esco Precision, Inc. is a precision contract manufacturer located at 71 Old Camplain Road, Hillsborough, NJ 08844. We are the controller of the information described in this policy. You can reach us at (908) 722-0800 or [email protected].

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to send us. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not buy personal information from third parties.

When you submit a quote request, we receive:

• Your name, company, email address, and phone number
• The service, material, quantity, and project details you describe
• Any drawing or CAD file you attach (PDF, STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and similar formats)

Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser user-agent strings, which are used to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use quote request information to prepare and send you a quote, to ask follow-up questions about your project, and to fulfill work you subsequently order. We use server logs to keep the site running, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your information to send marketing email unless you separately ask us to.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or social media trackers, and we do not build visitor profiles.

Two features involve third parties, and both are limited:

• The map on our contact page does not load until you click to load it. Until you do, no request is made to Google and no Google cookies are set. If you load the map, Google may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
• Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam submissions. This is a security measure necessary to operate the form, and Cloudflare states it is not used to track you across websites.

Fonts and images are served from our own domain rather than a third-party network, so simply browsing this site does not expose your visit to outside providers.

Service providers

We share information with a small number of providers who process it on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and bot protection
• Resend — delivery of quote request notifications, including any drawing you attach, to our quoting inbox
• Microsoft 365 — our company email, where quote requests and attachments are received and stored

These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us. We do not authorize them to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and uploaded files for one year, after which they are deleted. Where a quote leads to an order, we retain related records longer to meet quality, traceability, warranty, and tax obligations.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to object to certain processing.

Confidentiality of your drawings

We understand that drawings and CAD files are proprietary. A file you attach is delivered straight to our quoting inbox as an email attachment — we do not copy it into separate cloud storage — and it is shared internally only with the people who need it to quote or produce your parts. We do not disclose it to other customers, and we do not use it to develop competing products. If your project requires a signed non-disclosure agreement before you send files, contact us first and we will put one in place.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and uploaded files are transmitted over encrypted connections to access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.

Children's privacy

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the effective date shown above. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
