Custom Manufactured Components, Build to Print or Reverse-Engineered
Esco Precision manufactures custom components to a customer drawing or model, or reverse-engineers them from a physical sample when no documentation exists, selecting from eight in-house processes so the part is made the right way for its geometry, material, and volume.
Custom work starts with whatever the customer has: a 2D print, a 3D model, an OEM part number, or a worn part. Esco engineers confirm dimensions, material, hardness, and finish, flag design-for-manufacturability issues at quotation, and select the process, machining, EDM, stamping, molding, extrusion, forging, or a combination, that meets the specification at the target volume.
A first-article inspection to the agreed specification is completed before production is released, and the resulting drawing becomes the controlled document for repeat orders. Material certifications and dimensional documentation accompany the parts on request under ISO 9001:2015.
Quotations are returned within 24 hours of receiving a print or model. Prototype and emergency quantities ship in days depending on process and material; recurring items move into blanket orders and stocking programs.

Replacement Parts & MROFrequently asked questions
What do you need to quote a custom component?
A drawing or model with quantity and target date is ideal. A worn sample or an OEM part number is enough to start; Esco reverse-engineers the part and returns a drawing with the quotation.
Can you take over production from an existing supplier?
Yes. Esco reviews the current drawings and samples, runs a first article to the specification, and transitions to scheduled releases, with revision control maintained from the first order.
