Our certified quality management system standardizes how we plan, produce, and inspect work. Documented procedures, defined responsibilities, corrective-action processes, and continuous improvement keep quality consistent across every job and every operator.
Inspection & metrology
We verify parts with coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical comparators, height gages, and hand metrology. First-article inspection is completed before a production run is released, and in-process inspection catches variation before it becomes scrap.
Documentation & traceability
Material certifications, first-article inspection reports, and full dimensional documentation are available on request. For aerospace, defense, and medical work, that traceability package is delivered alongside the parts.
Control plans & process discipline
Every job travels with a control plan tied to the customer print. Critical characteristics are identified, measured, and recorded, so quality is built into the process rather than inspected in at the end.
