Precision Mechanical Components
Esco Precision manufactures precision mechanical components to print: turned shafts and pins, milled housings and plates, bushings and spacers, cams and levers, and the hardware that holds industrial equipment to its specified accuracy, in metals and engineering polymers, to tolerances as tight as ±0.0002 in.
Mechanical components set the accuracy and service life of the equipment they go into. Esco machines them on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and live-tooling lathes, uses wire and sinker EDM for hardened materials and fine features, and finishes them in-house or through qualified partners, so the part arrives complete and to print.
Materials span carbon, alloy, and tool steels; 300- and 400-series stainless; aluminum and brass; titanium and nickel alloys where specified; and polymers from UHMW and acetal to PEEK. Inspection on coordinate measuring machines and optical comparators backs a first-article report for each new part number under ISO 9001:2015.
Volumes run from prototype and emergency replacement quantities to scheduled production releases. For recurring items, Esco holds stock under vendor-managed inventory and blanket-order programs.

Replacement Parts & MROFrequently asked questions
What tolerances can you hold on mechanical components?
Routine production holds ±0.001 in; critical features are held to ±0.0002 in on machined surfaces and ±0.0001 in on wire EDM features, with inspection documentation available.
Do you supply material certifications?
Yes. Material certifications, first-article inspection reports, and dimensional documentation are available on request for each part number.
