Replacement Parts & Spares for Parcel Sorters and Conveyors

Sorters do not wait for lead times. Esco Precision manufactures replacement and wear parts for parcel-sorting, conveyor, and warehouse-automation systems — reverse-engineered from your sample or print, inspected under ISO 9001:2015, and stocked so the part is on the shelf before the line goes down.

The networks moving millions of parcels a day run sortation equipment around the clock, and a single worn diverter, roller, or wear strip can idle a line. For older systems the original manufacturer may quote long lead times, high minimums, or nothing at all. Esco fills that gap two ways: we make the part, and we keep it in stock.

Send a worn part, an OEM part number, or a drawing. We reverse-engineer it — dimensions, material, hardness, finish — choose the process that fits (machining, EDM, stamping, molding, extrusion, or forging), and verify a first article against the print before releasing production. These are not OEM parts and are not represented as such: they are manufactured to a documented specification, with material certifications and inspection records available on request.

Beyond the part, we run the spares program. Kitted spares packages built around your maintenance schedule, vendor-managed inventory with agreed min/max levels, blanket orders with scheduled releases, and fulfillment direct to your hubs and distribution centers — one supplier accountable for both the part and its availability.

We support cross-belt, tilt-tray, sliding-shoe, and pop-up-wheel sorters; belt and roller conveyors; singulation and induction equipment; and the guarding and rail systems around them — across the major North American and European equipment makers, including systems the manufacturer no longer supports.

Frequently asked questions

Are these OEM parts?

No. We manufacture replacement parts to your print or reverse-engineer them from a sample, then inspect them to that specification under ISO 9001:2015. They are not supplied by the original equipment manufacturer and are not represented as such.

Can you make parts for a sorter the manufacturer no longer supports?

Yes — discontinued and legacy systems are a large part of this work. Send the worn part or any drawing you have; we reverse-engineer it, confirm material and hardness, and run a first article before production.

Will you hold stock for us?

Yes. We run kitted spares packages, vendor-managed inventory with agreed min/max levels, and blanket orders with scheduled releases, and we ship direct to your hubs and distribution centers.

How fast can you turn a new part?

New parts are quoted within 24 hours. Prototype and emergency parts typically ship in days depending on process and material; parts under a stocking program ship from inventory.

Can you support multiple facilities?

Yes. One program can fulfill to multiple sites, with scheduled releases and site-level kitting so each hub holds what it actually uses.

Which sorter and conveyor systems do you support?

Cross-belt, tilt-tray, sliding-shoe, and pop-up-wheel sorters; belt and roller conveyors; singulation and induction equipment; and associated guarding and rail — across the major North American and European equipment makers. If you can send a sample or a print, we can usually make it.
